Call for Papers

Contributed papers on the topics listed above are welcome. Authors wishing to submit a paper should send an Abstract to the Scientific Secretariat by September 16, 2016.

The abstracts should be sufficiently detailed and informative to allow the Scientific Committee to judge the scientific merit of the papers and their suitability for the conference programme. The template for abstract submission can be found here

Notification of acceptance will be sent to the authors by November 2016. Authors will be required to submit the accepted manuscripts to EVISE platform by February 17, 2017, being the absolute deadline 10th March 2017. Authors should anticipate discussing their papers with the referees before the conference and, if needed, in person during the conference. Any editorial and/or scientific-technical modifications resulting from these discussions must be completed by August 11, 2017.

It is necessary to register in the EVISE system. Please follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Select the issue Type SI:ICRM 2017
STEP 2: Select the Article Type (full length article for Technical Note and for Full Paper):

For setting up the final programme of the conference it is necessary that at least one author of an accepted paper will have registered by 10th March 2017. At least one author is required to attend the conference. If this does not occur, the paper will not be presented and it will not be published.

Authors are asked to prepare their work in A0 (Width: 841 mm; Height: 1189 mm) portrait format.
